7. Tractor Parade Participant Register
When registering for the tractor parade, TraktoriJatzit ry acts as data controller and collects the following information:

- Home town
- Tractor make, model and year
- Participant's description of their tractor
- Participant's photo of their tractor
Purpose of Use
The data is used to organise the tractor parade and to contact participants regarding event-related matters. The tractor photo, make, model, year and any short description may be used in event communications — for example on the website and Traktorijatzit's social media channels — before the event. Participants' personal contact details will not be published.
Email Communications
A participant's email address may be used to send information about future tractor parades and Traktorijatzit events, provided the participant gives their consent at the time of registration.
Retention Period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to organise the event and carry out related communications. Email addresses collected for marketing communications are retained until the individual requests their deletion.
